We are open for business as usual during this time. Our warehouse is open to send orders as required and deliveries are reaching customers every day.
Our delivery companies are still making deliveries to anywhere in the UK. They are respecting social distancing and taking extra care while making deliveries.
We are happy to report there is no affect on our US business and they also continue to operate normally.
Free Delivery is now available on all products and applies to the mainland UK including Northern Ireland but does exclude some Scottish Highland postcodes. We are unable to deliver to any offshore islands.
Please be assured that we will pack your order to enable Safe & Secure arrival at the destination. We will provide a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse and in the case of Freight Shipments, the shippers will call you to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Once we receive your order, we will email you to advise the date that we will send your order.
We use a 2 day delivery service for all freight deliveries.
Most of our products are large and heavy and therefore delivery will usually require the use of a Freight Company to deliver your order.
Delivery can only be made within the mainland UK and Northern Ireland but does exclude some Scottish Highland postcodes. We are unable to deliver to any offshore islands.
- Ground Shipping
Individual Benches and Chairs etc will be sent via ParcelForce on a 2 working day service and a tracking number will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Freight Order Tracking
We will advise via email when the order has left our warehouse and provide your tracking number and the contact details of the freight company. The freight company will then contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery day Mon – Fri.
- Freight Order Delivery
Your order has been packed securely onto a pallet and includes standard kerbside delivery. This means that the lorry will pull up as close as it safely can to your home. The driver is not required under normal conditions to help carry the product, although most drivers are very helpful. We recommend having more than one person present when your furniture arrives to make sure you will have the help you may need unloading and carrying the products.
We specify a tail-lift service – this allows the furniture shipment to be lowered to the ground without having to physically lift the furniture from the back of the vehicle.
Damage during shipment is rare and your order will be packed to further prevent accidental damage en route. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any damaged items and please include pictures.
Please do not refuse a freight shipment. If your furniture arrives damaged or missing pieces, we will always replace or repair the item promptly and at no cost to you.
