All Orders are sent on a 48 hour delivery service from when it is dispatched from our warehouse. We will email you when your order leaves us. Please be assured that we will pack your order to enable Safe & Secure arrival at the destination. 

Free Delivery is available on all products and applies to the mainland UK plus Isles of Scilly/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight & Northern Island but does exclude some Scottish offshore islands. In some cases delivery of an order to these non-mainland locations may not be possible so please feel free to contact us to confirm.

  • Delivery.

We use a 2 day delivery service for all deliveries.

Most of our products are large and heavy and therefore delivery will usually require the use of a Freight Company to deliver your order.

  • Parcelforce Delivery

Individual Benches and Chairs etc will be sent via ParcelForce on a 2 working day service and a tracking number will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Freight Order Tracking

We will advise via email when the order has left our warehouse and provide the contact details of the freight company. 

  • Freight Order Delivery

Your order has been packed securely onto a pallet and includes standard kerbside delivery. This means that the lorry will pull up as close as it safely can to your home. The driver is not required under normal conditions to help carry the product, although most drivers are very helpful. We recommend having more than one person present when your furniture arrives to make sure you will have the help you may need unloading and carrying the products. 

We specify a tail-lift service – this allows the furniture shipment to be lowered to the ground without having to physically lift the furniture from the back of the vehicle.

Damage during shipment is rare and your order will be packed to further prevent accidental damage en route. Please contact us at deliveries@oceanicteakfurniture.co.uk to notify us of any damaged items and please include pictures.

Please do not refuse a freight shipment. If your furniture arrives damaged or missing pieces, we will always replace or repair the item promptly and at no cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not liable for the removal of any packaging materials, including pallets.
